Jazmine Sullivan

JazmineJazmine is a Philadelphia native was raised and born there. Pam Her mother, who was an old backup singer at Philadelphia International Records. As a child her father was named to be City's Historic Strawberry Mansion curator. Her family later moved into this historical building. In 2005 she graduated from the Philadelphia High School for the Creative and Performing Arts in the class of a major in vocal music. Sullivan began singing as a contralto in the children's choir. She then joined after a couple of years, she joined the adult choir. Sullivan experienced only a small amount of secular music. She recalls that she was singing solo in the church, when someone suggested signing her to the gospel label. However, she was not ready for the mission. After that, McDonald's held a contest with children from large cities. I was allowed to perform "Accept the Grace of God" in the show Showtime at the Apollo. And the crowd responded very well. Stevie Wonder sang her part on the 13th birthday of her grandson. Sullivan was the first to sign her contract to Jive Records when she was fifteen. In the age group of 15 She was signed by Jive Records. The label recorded an entire album there, but the album wasn't made available for release. Sullivan was later removed on the labels. The singer had a great working partnership and Missy Elliott. Elliott produced some of her tracks and tracks, such as "Backstabbers" and "Backstabbers," which was produced by Timbaland.
